  I liked it. Clean rooms and large beds and the rooms are well presented. One thing I didn't like was that both the shower and sink tap were dripping all night but that's a easy fix. Not sure if my partner let the guys on the desk know when leaving.
  If you don't feel like eating at their cafe, plenty of restaurants up the road at Westfield or online at Menu Log.

  Absolutely terrible. The place reeks of curry to the point of nausea and burning eyes. They gave us a second room equally as bad. We attempted to cancel our room and was told no by Paul the manager who was unaccommodating and and offered us a third room in which we declined.

  Appalled at the total disregard by a front counter staff member who refused to help either of my parents who are in their late nineties and very disabled by providing me a key to their room so I could assist them during the night as I am their caterer, and regardless of my parents request for a extra key and regardless of me signing them in on their admission. It was bad enough to be evacuated by the fires let alone being faced by an inconpassionate arrogant staff employee.
  Shall never recommend this hotel to any friends or relatives. No star rating

  Staff are not helpful at all! I Had to stay there for 3 weeks as I was offered a new job in Bruce and was looking for a permanent accommodation. I left my scale in the bathroom and when I called them to keep it for me. They said they are not responsible for that and a new guest has checked in! I asked them to at least ask the new guests about the scale and the receptionist said he would not!

  Beacuse it does not value for money. Very small room and air condition was not working. Very noisy when room next door was using shower or flushing toilet, loud enough to wake you up.
  Hot water system in the shower was not good.
