- Sam Nicholls Added June 02, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst service ever! Rude and couldn't get a 3 bedroom place as I was asked if need the second carpark! Offered 6 months rent up front and still no.. interesting that the the carpark is in the same work carpark as Badenoch Belconnen.
- Mr Anon Added December 11, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people are a joke. They managed my property and made it a nightmare from start to finish. I was glad to be rid of them. Their mistakes were endless and the management team are arrogant and rude. Overpriced and outdated. There are other great agencies in Canberra who do a far better job.

They were always responsive for any maintenance issues, and we got our full bond back at the end of tenancy (we did leave the place in excellent condition).
From prior reviews, I expected Badenoch to try to withhold my bond for something, but they were reasonable.
Overall, very responsive and professional to work with, I would highly recommend them.
