  I popped in with my newborn to get some baby panadol in preparation for his first round of immunisations. He was in the stroller with the hood down crying. For context he'd been crying for about 30 seconds, he'd just been startled awake post feed. As soon as we started rolling again he would be fine.
  I asked the rep who was stocking to help me find the product, telling her why I was buying it. She showed me where it was and asked if she could see him.
  I said okay and lifted the viewing window in the top of the hood.
  She, however, lifted the hood and started touching my baby, talking about how as a mother she could never let a baby cry. She very gently told me off for it while rubbing my son's chest and legs.
  YOU DO NOT TOUCH ANOTHER PERSON'S BABY WITHOUT PERMISSION. NOT EVER.
  Particularly when you deal with the general public all day. I work retail and you come into contact with a lot of things that you would not expose a newborn to. Cash is especially disgusting.
  My family and friends don't get to touch my son without washing their hands, I am baffled that this woman thought that this was acceptable.
  I wish I had said something at the time but I was honestly too taken aback.

  My GP recommended a cough medicine to me. I went to this pharmacy and experienced awful service. The pharmacist berated me for what I assumed was just a straightforward request. She finally explained that the medicine can cause dependency and that I looked familiar to her. Basically accusing me of drug seeking. I've never had this medicine in my life. Horrible experience. Do not go to this pharmacy. I know I never will again.

  Ordered time urgent medicine from them because they said they could get it. Had to call them 3 times on the day with each person saying something different (One lied to me and said they were just unpacking it).
  
  Ultimately they forgot to order it, it arrived a day late and then they tried to charge me extra.
  
  Just go to Belconnen Discount Pharmacy across the road!
