- Bruce Added February 11, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in with my wife specifically to get a quote and buy a BT50 following my BT50 being written off in the recent hail storm. We spoke with one sales person who was less than helpful, but he took my details and was going to pass them on. A few days I received a generic email from the sales manager, to whom I responded to a week later and advised that I had nothing. No response. The following week, I received a call from a sales person saying tha5 my details had just entered his system. I advised it was too late as I had Ben serious and was now just waiting for my new car to be delivered. His response was ‘sorry to hear that’.
Worst customer service I have received in recent years.
