  My last appointment was given to someone else because I didn't respond to the 'courtesy reminder'. Despise the fact their appointment policy states "We consider all appointments at A1 Dental Care 100% confirmed at the time of booking", when I arrived I was told that because I didn't confirm my appointment it was given away.

  I have been a patient of Dr Shareif Elhoufy at A1 Dental since it was established.
  I previously found going to the dentist to be an uncomfortable experience and would try to avoid it at all costs but Shareif has made this a distant memory for me. He is extremely professional and he is always able to explain everything to me in layman’s terms so that I can fully understand the work he is undertaking and why.
  Shareif and his team exceed my expectations at every visit - Highly recommend.

  Highly recommend A1 Dental care.
  
  In particular Dr Mohamed Elfar & Dr Shareif Elhoufy.
  
  My child had a TERRIBLE accident at sports and broke off 3 of his front teeth.
  
  I called and spoke with reception who went above and beyond to get an appointment for him, I called and 1 hour later my son was sitting in the dental chair being reassured that he would be ok.
  
  As you can imagine my 11 year old was distraught, it was not a nice experience for him but mohamed and his assistant were patient,kind and caring.
  
  A number of months later my child broke another front tooth (yet again)
  
  We experienced the same treatment we did 8 months earlier.
  Only we couldnt see our original dentist, it was suggested we see the other practice owner Dr Elhoufy, who did a phenomenal job fixing this tooth.
  
  I cannot thank a1 dental enough for all their help.
  
  Well done on your Fantastic Team.

  I have been a patient of A1 Dental since it was established. They care about their patients, are professional and are at the forefront of their dental practice in terms of both the technology they use and their advice and guidance. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  I have been going to A1 dental for over ten years and I have always had a positive experience there. I am old enough to have had bad experiences in the past with dentists but Dr Mohamad has always made sure there is no discomfort. He is never in a rush and does excellent work. The staff there are awesome, always polite and professional. Twice I have had something urgent and twice they have got me in very quickly. If you have a fear of dentists then I would give Dr Mohamad a go as his is the best dentist I have ever had. Cheers. ps, I got a reminder text and it clearly stated to send Y to confirm. I didn’t find that too difficult.

  Dr Elfar has been amazing. I came to A1 looking for All-on-four both top and bottom. The service could not have been better. The efforts taken to ensure that I got the best possible results have been astounding. The lengths he's gone to to be able to fit me in, and to see me at short notice for adjustments, have gone above and beyond what anyone could expect.
  You won't find better. They're well named - A1
