  Today, we made an order through Uber and unfortunately, we had an unfortunate incident of food poisoning. We are concerned about the quality of the food being served and the service provided. If you were to open a restaurant in the future, we kindly ask that you prioritize serving high-quality food that is safe for consumption, considering that customers like us pay for it.

  We are long time customers of the Belconnen Asian Noodle House for many years, and always happy with the wonderful food. UNFORTUNATELY, not tonight! We ordered three laksa’s and they were very disappointing. Watery, lacking flavour, mainly noodles and less meat than usual.
  I rang numerous times tonight to give feedback and the phone rang out on each occasion.
  Sad that a well-liked restaurant is having such a bad night, and so are we now.

  I ordered twice Monk vegetables first time I ordered I thought I made a mistake because they have really bad reviews but it was ok
  
  But secondly time I realized their bad reviews are true

  This is one of our regular treat restaurants. Love their fried rice that we add prawns too as well. Their salt and pepper squid is a smaller entree serving but also delicious. The chilli chicken is a staple too. Their condensed milk dessert buns are yum too! We finish our dinners off with their Vietnamese milk teas which are a perfect balance of tea and sweetness!

  Went there after work with some friends. We had a very good experience, Loved it! The ambiance was really beautiful, it had a peaceful vibe. We ordered bunch of dishes and everything tasted so good. The customer service was good. Overall we had a nice evening. If you are around belconnen try this restaurant out, you wont regret it ! Definitely visiting again.

  Went in to have lunch. Not very busy when we were there, although nearly every other time we drive past it's almost full. The food was alright. Entree was over cooked. We had the chefs lunch special. Flavours were nice, but I'm not a big rice eater, so I like a 50/50 ratio of meat and vegetables to rice. Our meals had way more rice than meat/vegetables.
