  Alex and the staff are friendly and professional. My sister booked us in for a bridal package. Absolutely amazing body and face massage. Manicure was fantastic too. Highly recommend

  Not overly impressed. The woman delivering the massage and facial was very half hearted in her efforts and took no opportunity to ask about any specific skin concerns I might have. Then at the end when I was paying she just brushed past me without a word. Very strange. I definitely wouldnt go back and am very glad I had a gift voucher and didnt spend my own money on this low quality service.

  I have been there a handful of times over the past few years each experience has been amazing the staff are friendly and the spa is beautiful and calming. The atmosphere they have created is extremely relaxing. Highly recommend

  I have been here a handful of times now and each experience has been wonderful and left me feeling like a new person when I step back out. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the spa itself has a beautiful and calming atmosphere. I can highly recommend the packages and facials!

  How disappointing to call Canberra Day Spa and talk to someone who’s condescending to a potential client who hasn’t been there. I called a few minutes ago and was asking about the Make Your Own Journey. I was asking for help in understanding how it works. The person who I talked to over the phone (male staff) was impatient and condescending. I was asked if I was serious with the booking and if I really want what I was asking for. I wouldn’t ask if I don’t want it. I don’t live in Canberra and only staying for one night to relax but talking to someone with this kind of attitude isn’t worth anyone’s time. I’m sure the service would have been lovely given the positive reviews. But it was a NO for me just because of this experience. Also, I wouldn’t even give a star for this as there was no customer service provided to me at all.
