  Mark the manager is very unprofessional and has no idea on honesty or integrity. Absolutely no clarity and trying to get you to show your commitment about a vehicle that your enquiring about by depositing money in there account before you can even agree to a price or know all costings before purchasing. I should of read the reviews before even engaging with this company. I’m so lucky as I was going to purchase this vehicle and thankfully his ridiculous requests and unprofessional messages that showed he is not to be trusted.

  Think Service Don’t think John McGrath. Was able to negotiate a great price. But extremely poor customer service. More interested in other customers. Spent little time with me on the handover and features of the car and did not mention anything about the MG App. They told me they had too many cars to deliver today, not sure how that was my problem I booked in weeks ago. They do not know anything about the EV stick requirements. Told me if they did not know then it was not true. Had to show them the legislation. I advised them I would not accept the car as it was not road worthy, as it did not come with the EV compliance stickers. Then I was advised that I could get it myself, they finally caved in and purchased them, to get me off the car lot.

  I note from the mire reviews that nothing has changed. Rudeness. Denial and no responsibility. I will never again recommend any dealership within the John Ncgrsth auto group.
  
  The dealership has been providing warranty of up to ten years. Do not be mislead. What the dealership is providing is s conditional mechanical protection plan: not worth the paper it is written on.
  
  When will this dealership cease its misleading and deceptive conduct?

  This dealership had this review deleted so I am reposting. Unfortunately I have had my Kia serviced by this dealer and now need to change my review. The sales department is fantastic but the service department and general manager are awful. I gave 2-3 weeks notice to get my first service and requested to have the oil and filter changed even though it's not required and agreed to pay for this. This was confirmed once by phone before the service and again when I dropped the vehicle off. When I returned to pick up the vehicle I was told the oil and filter had been changed and was changed for it but I then noticed that the invoice said the filter had not been changed as none were in stock. What's the point of changing the oil if you don't change this filter? They didn't call me to ask what I wanted them to do they just decided to bill me for it and hope I didn't notice. When I spoke to the general manager about this I was told "if you don't like the way we do business don't come back".

  There’s no promotion or discounts when purchasing a car. No car wash after service. Recommend the Philip shop.

  Like all car yards not the most pleasant place to visit. But the biggest issue is you don't even get a full tank of fuel when you buy a car. After spending soooo much money, they only put $20 of fuel in the car
