- Meenu Rana Added October 27, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had first service done on my new car Mitsubishi pajero, which was damaged during Service by their staff member. It's National capital motors in Belconnen. They promised to get it repaired and giving a courtesy car. However next day received an email instructing me to get a quote and inform them. I then asked them to get the quote and fix my car. It's been three days and they have done nothing , now left it for Monday, still not sure whether or not they are going to repair it or not , not sure if they are going to provide me with a courtesy car. I demanded to give a new car as its there fault and my car is just a month old but they refused. They are unprofessional and not helpful.
- Robin Fieldhouse Added August 21, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Unimpressed. Came in for an airbag replacement, but they just tossed the accessories in the back rather than putting them back on the dash. More than that, just uncourteous.
