  This place came highly recommended by family but I was disappointed. Upon arrival I was kept waiting nearly an hour over my appointment time and eventually was told that the instruments weren't ready for my appointment but I could have the check up part while I was waiting. At the end of this part of the appointment the instruments still weren't sterilised so I was told I would need to come back for another appointment for the cleaning... WTF? Bizarre. Turned up for my second appointment and once again was kept waiting for some time with no explanation for the delay - there was no one else in the waiting room with me so it can't have been a busy day. The services, once provided were adequate but the whole process of getting to the services was frustrating and time consuming. Gave an extra star because I wasn't out of pocket thanks to the no gap arrangement, originally I wanted to give one star. Don't bother if you have other options.
