  Canberra Yoga Space has been a fantastic experience for me. The teachers are extremely positive, helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. The space is very relaxing and inviting. I have absolutely no problems recommending the studio to beginners right through to experienced individuals. They definitely have classes to suite all levels of fitness and offer so much to anyone seeking the benefits of yoga in the Canberra region.

  It's been years since I've been to a yoga class, so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up. Yet Eli ran the most wonderful class that made me feel like I could participate to my utmost limit! And I was delightfully surprised to see what a playful and permissive space she created for us all. I feel so blessed to have found a new home at Canberra Yoga Space.

  Today I did Jon's class.. Wow, was very impressed.. great yoga voice and his class style was a relaxed, holding and releasing poses with a gentle easy flow. If you want to connect your mind to your body and feel the actual realease and tension leave your body.this instructor is for you.

  I've started coming to classes at CYS since January of this year, and introducing more frequent and diverse, regular practice into my life (previously doing 1 class a week) has had a wonderfully profound impact on my body, mind and health.
  
  I bought the 2 week class pass and came to as many classes as I could to try out all the different teachers & styles - I couldn't recommend this enough!! The value for $ in doing so is a key benefit, but it's the opportunity to step outside of your comfort zone in such a welcoming environment has allowed me to feel most inspired to continue practice at CYS.
  
  After exploring the timetable, I now have a x3 classes / week pass - I've particularly enjoyed mixing up my schedule with the classes by Radhika, Jacqui, Gail, Pippa and Haeyoung.
  
  Thank you CYS - I look forward to exploring my practice with you into the future :)

  I regularly attend the self care weekend events. These sessions not only feel like a mini retreat. They also give me valuable insights and balance me. Eli is warm, geniune and loves what she does. I feel very lucky to have found this place.
